Default gears for a dana 60 (truck)

This is probbly in the wrong forum but does anyone know where i can get some 4.10's for a dana 60 rear axel? ive got 4.56's now and want 4.10's either trade or ill sell mine and buy 4.10's let me know if you have them or where i can pick some up for cheap.

you can get gears from complete off road (www.completeoffroad.com).... i dont think that they make a 4.10 for D60's i think you have to use a 4.11

why are you going up a gear?

4.56's are too low. i do alot of interstate driving. so if i got 4.10's up front is it gonna hurt to have 4.11's in the back? thanks for the info

no 4.10 and 4.11 will be fine. as long as you stay within 10%.

auto or 5speed?

probally 4.10 some also came with 4.56 and 4.30

to know for sure you can check your axle code, if you look at http://www.off-road.com/toyota/tech/other/4_axles.html they have a lookup table that will tell you your ring size, and R&P ratio.

If you are interested i have a complete bearing rebuild kit for a d60 and a d44. it may be a good idea to change those out too. just my o2 let me know
