Default Engine Bay Paint

hey everyone, i need some help finding a shop to paint my engine bay and redo my brake booster and lines. there is no wiring, motor, or steering rack. also needs to be finished being shaved, minor stuff, and have a few little things welded. the couple of places i have tried all said they didnt want to mess with this, so if anyone knows a shop willing to do this kind of work, please let me know. thanks

The car is a 1984 VW Rabbit

well this engine bay has to be show quality, so if the person messes up something, i would rather have to deal with a shop than somebody who might not fix it, or just be plain mean about it.
