Jesus christ I've called and bitched and my internet seriously comes on at 2am every morning the past week. They got me on some fucking vampire schedule or something.. Anyone else been having problems? This shits pissing me off, it'll cut out around 2-3pm and not come back on until 2am. I've got a trouble ticket going in now after explaining wtf was up to the idiot support for an hour.

Not that it helps but my cable connection was doing that crap for about 2 weeks. It turns out the grounding grid by my house got struck by lightning. Once they replaced stuff its been working like a champ.

 

pretty much after the "hurricane", right?..id bet good money there is some damaged lines or theyre in the process of repairing lines. id call them and ask if they are doing any repairs in your area.

i know that my cable has been being a pos, it says im connected but nothing will connect, i have to go unplug the modem, and plug it back in and then it works for alil while and then i gotta do it again.

they are still working to this day on the cable...

I told Verizon I'm about to switch to cable, and the guy said something about raising my speed. We'll see. DSL will still suck. But I'm not paying $80 for ADSL

My cable speed has cut in half and im getting pissed off.
