If you had a license on you, you could only be charged with Driving with an Invalid Drivers License.
That's a $50 charge.
You would also have to give a good reason why the DMV's mail hasn't been reaching your address.
Failure to Update Current Address. Usually dropped in court if you take care of stuff.
If you had no form of license on hand, then you're fucked.
In both cases, your car would be towed if you don't have a friend near by to drive it home.

i jus went to court last month and the seemed pretty intense about 3rd and 4th offenders. get a lawyer jus to be safe. larry slipo is f***ing amazing with stuff like that. well worth his fee
