Driving While Suspended # 3 = ????
OK, first of all, what jurisdiction is it in? That makes a big difference. Second, have you gotten your liscence back yet? Third, do you have a lawyer? If not, get one. As of January 1st, 3 convictions does makes it a habitual offender and mandatory 12 months in jail. Being a felony you will have to serve 85% of the given time. A lawyer can get it reduced to a misdemeanor possibly, but without one you will be one a nice long restriced vacation. Been through this a lot myself to be honest so if you have any more questions just PM me. I have good lawyers for it in most cities in the 757.

ain't that the truth! white underwear, white sox, white t-shirt. and have about $50 on you in cash so that they have to put it on your books right away. that way you can buy all your shampoo and soap on your first canteen day.

It just changed at the first of the year. It is now a felony and is actually classified as a habitual offender and carries a mandatory 12 months. all i can say to that is hope the judge actually says 1 year that way you can get sent to the penatentury(sp?) rather than sitting in some local city jail for 10 1/2 months!
