my boyfriend got caught driving while suspended (once or twice..not exactly sure) and they were going to make him do 30 days in jail and X amount of community service, but he appealed the jail time so he lost his license for a little over a year and is put on probation...if he messes up once he's sent to jail automatically for 90 days

 

well, i've had a horrbile driving record in the recent past, and I've begun to change that. im doing my best. my insurance ended and they notified dmv suspending my license. the cops served me notice at a routine traffic stop in williamsburg. after that, i didnt drive anymore. then a good friend of mine got in an accident up around outer 199. i didnt even think about it, just headed out. i guess i just assumed he'd tried everyone else knowing my situation. he neglected to tell me there was an officer waiting still... my stupidity...

 

So what did you do to make the officer want to look up your license?

 

well, he was already standing by for the traffic stop. and he wanted to be sure all peoples were licensed...
