Default Dazed and Confused Navy Nuke.

I was walking around my aparment and noticed some dudes working on a silver WRX so I walk over to give them a hand. They said they were good to go so I kept on walking with my wife. On my way back to my place I stop and asked them what's up with the car and if I could give them a hand since I had nothing better to do and could use the wrench time.
This kid spent like $6k on a stage 3 kit and was taking his car apart trying to figure out why the parking lights were on. So I reach over and flip the parking light button on the steering column and the lights went off.
It turns out he was under the hood for like 4 hours trying to figure it out and he missed his appiontment to get his parts installed. I thought go figure, he's a nuke. But homeboy sells his car and all his parts a couple weeks later and buys an Evo 8. I wish I could get SRB's like him.

so you're saying nukes are stupid? I know some that could double as college instructors, and others that build their own race cars. The SRBs are so high because it is a horrible lifestyle and none of us want to stay in any longer.

I am just referring to this particular Nuke. And no, I am not saying Nukes are stupid but a different breed. Hell, I almost went nuke but I am glad I didn't.

Yeah I just wish I had their SRB's not the actual job then I would be perfectly content. But I will take the SRB that I got and smile.

ha ha ha, you might have a good point bluewrx but I'll stay out of it. Nothing is as bad as being a USMC grunt, I have some grunt friends and I doubt any of us have been in the jungle with no provisions for a week and eating raw monkey meat, bugs, etc. And no, they don't get SRB's.

I don't want to hear ANYbody complain about their job in the military. Choose your rate, choose your fate. Nukes get nice SRB's and Pro-pay, but those bitches drill the whole time they are at sea. So it's an even trade off. I sure as hell wouldn't want to go through what they do. But most of them are lacking when it comes to common sense, that's a definite.
