maybe it would be a good idea to get some people together and maybe have a meeting somewhere and discuse planes. maybe get some ideas for business proposals and what not. my girlfriend is a business major but shes in iraq right now so thats not gonna do to much good
here are some things you need for a proposal

Acurateg- I can do powerpoint- which will be much better. Burn it on CDRom, and present there. Anyone a Graphic artist? a nice CGI of the grounds and facilities would be nice.
but all this is nothing until we visit the spot. some of you younger guys are motivated- but stay focused.

anyone get in contact with VMP or MIR and talk to them about what kinda figures they make every year and how much it costs to maintain the track and what not? thats gonna be a big thing in the proposal to determine how much this is all actually going to cost. I do have one question though. Who owns this land. if it was posted before im sorry but i dont want to go back through 10 pages to find it. Is this city owned land or does someone actually own this already?
