just do what every one said you should be fine, my friend got two tickets in a month one which was 110 in a 65 and all he got was fines and restricted license. GL

if he shows up to court he stands a good chance of it getting reduced, even if he pleas guilty. the judge usually is a little forgiving if the person takes responsibilty for their actions.

sweet...case got dismissed in absence of officer!!! btw my 65/45 was not reckless. didn't know you could have a 20mph over ticket and not be considered reckless

btw even if you weren't found guilty of wreckless, the DMV would consider it wreckless on your driving record and record it as so (they follow their own rules it seems, because according to them 20+ is wreckless)

i had my second reckless ticket dropped to improper driving. by blaming it on my spedometer and having a receipt for getting my speed sensor "replaced"
my tickets were less than 6 months apart. id say as long as you werent racing and didnt cause an accident you wont get jail time.
