vdot isnt gonna give you shit for damage from a speed bump. chances are if your fuckin up your car on a speed bump then 1. your vehicle is lowered, which would be illegal. and 2. you were going alittle to fast for this "SPEED BUMP". maybe you should pay more attention to the road and stop thinking everyone owes you something.

I was riding next to a guy on one of those dirt/street looking bikes on 64. I could of sworn he was doing freestyle motorcross in the lane next to me. Just about everytime he hit one of those speedbumps his bike would get airborn. Not only is riding over them annoying enough, but the constant sound of going over them sucks.

accually if u tell ur insurence that somethin hit somethingg no matter what it was .. and they find out that ur vehical suspension is alterd then they wont pay for shit .....trust me ive been through that bullshit .. my s10 is dropped 4 inches and fuckin some log rolled out of the ack of a truck and fucked my body kit up and insurence wouldent pay for it because the suspension was altered so they said it could have been avoided

264 is crap. Why dont they use nice smooth pavement like in a few sections instead of garbage concrete. Unless you have a brand new car , I dread driving 264 between Newtown and First Colonial Rd. However, theres no point in wasting time trying to file a claim that VDOT was negligent because there was a piece of debris in the road. Thats the risk we all take driving around here, and I definately don't suggest scamming your insurance company in order to get the repairs made.
