actually if your paying rent, you dont own the property so they can tell you to do pretty much anything they want.

 

Even in some places where you own the property, you still have to answer to a home owners group.

Rent = no rights for sure though.

 

but its not the renters, its the homeowers around that are causing all the shit. And if indoubt it is the landlord, thats a pussfied way to do that- get the city involved to move some shit. Fuck that!

The Homeowner's Group in my neighborhood is fucking nuts. The blue haired old ladies in tennis shoes will come by and leave you notes telling you 'it's time to paint your garage door' or 'move the trailer from the side of your house'. It's so fucking stupid.

Dude.. I think everyone in my neighborhood is like me, and we just dont give a fuck. I mean the people across the street moved from balahack where they didnt mow their lawn... ohh yeah.. that was a funny sight.

And there are always cars and tools and shit everywhere. Dont get me wrong, my neighborhood rocks it ass off... I just dont have alot of 40 year old sex craving lady's around that want everything to be the way they want it.. no one really gives a fuck about the other person.

 

I lived in Howe Farms in Hampton, and we had to get the "housing council"s approval to paint our fence, trim, and garage doors different colors.

Here in Kempsville my mom just bought a $60-70k 5th wheel RV, has its own garage door for a motorcycle, etc. We had just picked it up, brought it home and parked it in the driveway until we could clear out the backyard, within a day we had a state inspector or whatever they are come tell us he'd ticket us if it wasnt moved in a few days.

It isnt just Norfolk, it's VA. Or at least Hampton roads.

 

is there any room in your garage or the other side of your yard you could put the trailer? ill be damned if someone came and left a note on my door, id tell them to fuck off. my neighbor just does whatever like he puts my empty garbage cans back near my garage and every now and then he comes over and trims the bushes in the front of my house, i pay him no attention.
