How the hell people from this state think they can tell me what I can and cannot do on my own freakin property.

I came home last night to find a note on my door say that I have 3 days to remove my jetski trailer from MY property I dont get it...... Doesnt make any sense in the world. First off the trailer is on the side of the house and not all that visible because of the house and the neighbors fence. Second, the rear end of the trailer is toward my back yard which means someone was trespassing on my property to look at the registration. Third, I PAY THE fucking RENT, fuck OFF! This is the USA correct?

Its not like its an old eyesore piece of shit, both the jetski and trailer are 2003's!

Before one of the neighbors called the city on me for not cutting the grass in my back yard. They gave me a 2 week notice to cut it or else they'd hire someone to do it and bill me. Before I got the notice I remember seeing someone across the canal from my backyard taking pictures and Me and my brother started throwing rocks at him... lol.

 

Believe it or not, what you do to your property directly effects the value of the properties around you. However, homeowners groups can get "completely" out of hand with their nitpicking.

 

yea the city made us clean off our porch, put up a fence, pressure wash the house, move my boat on the side of my house back 4 ft? wtf does 4ft matter? anyways yea, they do that shit all the time.

I think its just norfolk because everybody in norfolk, isn't from norfolk. They are all navy folks, or family of navy, from everywhere, and everybody is suspicious of everybody else. Watch your back fool!

 

It gets worse if you move into a housing community somewhere. Homeowners groups in housing communities are awful. They'll bitch at you if you paint *your* house a color that they don't like or do something to *your* property that they aren't fond of.
