I was on the way home today from work at the beach on 64 and a blue sti came up behind me with the 30 day tags. Just wanted to know who that was and it looked like was at the track recently b/c he had numbers on his windows...just wanted to know who that was and if he wanted to run.

 

There was a Scooby meet today in Norfolk/Va Beach.........so there were a million Scoobys in the area..........

 

Yeah it is someone on the forum but I don't remeber his name, I talked to him at the meeting today.

damn i havent checked the forums in a while...didnt know about it...how often are these meets?

 

The small meets are about once every two weeks.......and the bigger ones like this are usually......once a month.......keep an eye out on NASIOC.........the next big one should be somewhere in Williamsburg.........for a Richmond/Hampton Roads meet...........some time next month

 

So I went to Kings Dominion today ... and in the parking lot was a blue 2.5 RS ... with STI Light covers, STI Badge in the grill, STI in big letts arcross the window ... and something STI on the plate ... I just shook my head cause the back still had the 2.5 RS badges, and the regular hood and normal spoiler.

 

roy, that was sean, he had the black wrx back b4 he got the sti... i think he ran a 12.7 the other day with just downpipe a catback and a boost controller at 16psi...

 

Just a FYI............STI is an actual tuning company.......so people who have STI parts usually have STI on their cars thats pretty much like having AEM, and HKS, etc all over your car except its Subaru's tuning .......like NISMO is for Nissans...........its not like throwing a Type-R badge on your car which is actually a type or trim...............hope I cleared that up for some people who are not yet too familiar with the Subaru world..........heck.........my favorite questions around town is still "Cool WRX man is it turbo?" hah
