AutoSource Extended Warranty
Judging from the conversation with the adjuster - she was a complete douchebag, kept on saying that a Turbo is a *regular wear and tear part* I am not going to get far up the chain.
I now have a lawyer - wonder how much the legal fees will be.

Turbo/Supercharger: (only with Applicable Surcharge) All internal lubricated parts, vanes, shafts, bearings, and housing (if damaged by the failure of a covered part). Seals and gaskets are covered only in conjunction with a covered repair. Turbo/Supercharger must be factory installed for this coverage to apply. Coverage limited to above named components
warrenty says nothing about wear in tear would be my agurment. if they stated to me they were not gonna repair the turbos becasue of the wear and tear of it then my question would be how does a car not get wear and tear other than not driving it .isnt that the reason i bought the car is to drive it .. every aspect of a vechicle is subject to wear and tear by daily driving it which therefor would void the warrenty from the way there are explaining it which is, what purpose of the warrenty none .

Sorry about your luck but thats what you get when you buy a shit extended warranty. Hell I never even heard of those people. They have people that have no clue as to what they are doing. How the hell is a turbo considered wear and tear anyways? Shouldn't the engine be wear and tear too? Funny how in their FAQ they don't list a turbo as wear and tear..fucking dumb ass's, as if it was anyways.
I get customers that come in with that bullshit that they get in the mail and i tell them to throw it away. In fact a few of them are coming under lawsuits. Dealer Services is one of them.

Dont place every warranty company in the "shit" boat. The company I work for goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy everytime....and frequently goes outside the perameters to cover customers. You just hooked up with some low budget backyard warranty company.
it sucks, but not all are bad. unlike woodrow stated

Being in this business, I have worked with a variety of Extended Warranties. Most not all, of those that are not "factory" based tend to be horrible when it comes to coverage, claims processing and customer service compared to those that are. That is my personal experience in this business.
I know there are a few good ones, but many are less than desirable. If they aren't pressuring people to buy by tricking them, they are wording their paperwork as if they are the manufacturer and tricking the customer into buying it because they think they are, or their coverage just sucks. Hell I have had a few that had zero human interaction when processing a claim! They did everything by fax.
Off the top of my head, stay away from Dealer Services, Vehicle Services, Dealer Warranty, American Guardian and Fidelity.

So is it the F&I office pushing the warranty...through a warranty provider? like dude is talking about, or a warranty company contacting the customer directly?
I get about 10 customers a week call where they think we called them when it was a company that contacted the customer. Hell I get a few myself. If I recall Dealer Services is going through a lawsuit right now.
