Anyone know this guy?

Me, Victum, and Decoy were cruisin in the slolvo last night down Lynnhaven Pkwy and this older, baby blue truck gets off 264 and he had big ol drag radials in the back. We thought it just had some big ol V8 until we went through the underpass and heard its BOV. When it passed us, the plates said "2turbo67". Not everyday you see a "hot rod" truck that's turbocharged.
