Then there was the GMC Typhoon which was the SUV both had the Grand National's 3.8 Liter turbo six.

also dident the Syclone come with a 4.3 turbo based on the 3.8 of the grand national motor ?..... cus i could have sworn the 2 i have seen are 4.3`s but if not i could be wrong ... ill go ask the dude with the typhoon that works over at the pontiac place on ptown blv .... only thing i dont get is the dude only drives it from the shop to the bjs parking lot .... he wont put tags on it and drive it.......

The 4.3 is based on the 350. It is just missing 2 cylinders.
Oh, and sliding, comprehend what you read before you post. Growley meant he thought the truck had a big n/a v8, he diddnt expect the v8 to be turbocharged.
