Go to Dying Rights in Elizabeth City and ask for Dani. Then try not too look suprised when this 5 ft 90 lb girl walks over and helps you out. She does great work and because the shop is in Elizabeth City, its half the price of all the 'squid serving' tattoo places in the Virginia Beach area.

Rocksteady in hpt... when considering price .... walmart or target, cheap tatoos stay with you for life so maybe spend a little more for the quality u know

Go to Dr. Who in portsmouth... he is amazing, cheap, puts out top of the line work cauz his shop has been in his family for over 50 years. He is the only one that tattoos there so u have to set up an appt. but it is well worth it...
