it's coming up on a year since i got the outline on my chest done and im really anxious, i should say, to get it finished.

i'm not the most artistic person and i'm basically looking for someone who has any artistic insight on how to fill it in. (pics upon request)

more or less someone who either does tattoo's or is artistic enough to come up with the fill in.

all the local tattoo place are overpriced as hell...if anything if its alot of work drive the 3hrs into jacksonville nc and get it done there. they have the most tattoo parlors i've ever seen (marine base in town) and they're really cheap...and the wofk is really good cause they're always competeing with each other...not too mention cost is a fraction of what these rip off artists in town charge
