Anyone buying furniture from Haynes?
If anyone is thinking of buying furniture from Haynes Don't Do It!
My wife and I bought some furniture from haynes on Dec. 19th 2005 with the extended warranty. Well January 20th we noticed a rip in the recliner so we called haynes to get it repair under our warranty. Ok NP right? Well we dont know how the rip happened so they wont repair it. Under our extended warranty and the sales person, if anything happened to our stuff it would be covered. OK cool right? Nope because we dont know how the rip happened they wont repair it. What is an extended warranty for if they wont repair it? We paid alot of money for it and now what do you do? Im just letting you guys get wise if your thinking of buying from them. They just want your sale and your money but they wont repair it even if you buy the extended warranty.

We bought a POS sectional sofa from Value City Furniture, $1.5k. They came to our house 3 times to "fix" it. And yeah, we bought the extended warrenty. Next time I'll pick out our furniture instead of my wife. WTF was I thinking?

Its amazing how many times haynes is on the verge of going out of business, then suddenly they sell so much furniture that YAY the business is saved! It seems like every weekend this happens.

haynes has the worst customer service.
do not buy from them.... i know i won't ever spend another dime there.
my parents bought almost 4 grand worth of furniture from them .. come to find out a piece of furniture was broken , the arm of a sofa. We found the problem the 2nd day they had the POS. We brought the sofa back , they wouldn't replace it. They said a repair person had to come out and fix the problem. THE SECOND DAY!! FUCK HAYNES.
The "manager" was such an asshole!!! on top of everything else.
