Nope. Doesn't work. I currently have the same situation, and I said it ripped when I sat down, it's a microfiber 2000 sofa. Now with a huge rip. I'm going to have it sewed shut...professionally.

They have a bigger sale every weekend.
Get the hell over it.
Just beat the shit out of it so you can call and give them a real reason to replace it.

My parents have had no problems with warranty work with their furniture. They have been buying sofas / couches / recliners from them for over 8 years.
But I personally hate the couches they have. I prefer a good old fashioned lazy boy myself.

"This is the biggest sale in history. You will never see another sale like this again."
I've been hearing this since I moved to Virginia Beach back in 98 by now they should be giving all the furniture away for free
LOL

I moved to VB in the mid 80s and they had the same comercials. Not only that but the one couple on most of them is the same couple from back then.
guys , save you money and go to this little store on Warwick Blvd called furniture fashions . They have out standing customer support and are a priviate local company who has been around for over 25 yrs .Randy the owner, is a local guy who is in the local Mazda Rotary club. and will surely take care of everyone . I had a 3-4 yr old sofa that my wife got from another local vendor . My dog has worn an area in it that is definetly noticable . I mentioned it to Randy and he knew the brand and the warrentee , he came over to my house and took the #'s he needed and was able to get me the material I needed to repair the cushion " for free" and even delivered it .. Cant say enough about my dealings with Randy and Furniture Fashions .
Good luck
Good luck
I dont know why anyone would fall into the gimicky advertising on the radio and on tv. They are making boat loads milking Hampton Roads with their 0% interest and 0 payments to pay for all that advertising. I've never been there and never will.
