Though I always thought va beach cops were ... "strict" ...
Some friends got caught w/ a case of beer and 1/4 of marijuana and got let go with a ticket for possession of one beer.
Cops even let them drive home, I was shocked.

 

Ive got family on 4th, right on atlantic, and shes got 3 parking spaces(isnt nearly enough for a family gathering), plus a lot less then 200ft from her, so Im not worried, and hell yea its packed on the 4th, but its fun too, imo overall its worth the hassle.

 

How are the fireworks at kill devil hills? I think I'll check that out this year

 

I'll car pool with people wanting to arrive/depart at a similar time if you're willing to throw in a few depending on how far ive got to go to scoop you. Free if you meet me somewhere to make the trek.
