right, but still, he left the scene...... that is breaking the law, whether or not he got caught down the road is irrelevent.

Just like the guy that tried to run over Mike's gf......The cops went to his house because his license plate fell off when he hit the back of her bike, luckily. Should the fact that he ran be taken into account ? Or not matter, because his plate fell off and the cops ended up at his house anyway ? See my point ?

If you leave the scene of an accident you're involved in that isn't even your fault, you can get into big trouble.
