The Rims are CLEAN NO CURB DAMAGE, the brake dust is showing, not curb rashes, bad picture my bad.

look like 02-03 ep3 stocks, and correct me if im wrong they are 15s.You want to go smaller?

Well the tires are 195/65/15s the car is lowered, i cant make sharp turs with em on now (parking in a parking lot etc.), i figured i need something smaller as far as tires go, and the rim size, i dont mind going to 14s because the smaller the rims, the faster it rotates! no one can ever be happy with what they have, and that includes me.

You know this isn't true right? Wityh the proper size wheel and tire combo for the car the tread of the tire will rotate the same speed regardless of the size of the wheel. With a smaller wheel the overall size of the tire will be made up with an increased sidewall height. If it's not accounted for with the proper sidewall height your speedo will read off. Just get a tire with a lower profile 15's were the stock wheel size on that year for alloys. My car is dropped 2.5" and I run 195/50/15 lock to lock with no rub at all all day long. I also have a decent suspension setup. Are you only rubbing fender with the suspension compressed or anytime the wheel is at full lock?
