17" wheels, 5x100, 45mm offset

I'm looking to buy a set of 17" (preferably 17x7) wheels with decent tires. Bolt pattern is 5x100 with a 45mm offset. I'm also really looking to buy in the Hampton Roads area, as traveling will be difficult anytime soon. I also can't really afford to spend too much now.
