Last time I went there I actually met a pretty cool guy, he had a GSR turbo hatch....talked a lot about it. Williamson wasn't bad at all the last time I went, well...maybe excluding mexicans in riced out escorts and 16 years old in their new Si's everywhere...hmmm....fuck Williamson.

 

I had a nice chat with a 650+ whp 87 Buick GN on street radials the other day. He motioned to pull over somewhere after I was drooling over his car. Cool guy, we shot the shit for like 25 minutes in the New Yorker parking lot.

 

My left leg says no to Williamson rd...

 

Yea thats the thing, usually its not that bad, but for some reason it was really bad last Sat.. :shrug: I think I saw that GN that night actually, or maybe a different one, but I haven't seen many of them of course.

I assume you're talking about Darrel (not sure how he spells his name) with the black hatch? If so, it's not a GSR.. It's a B20 turbo.

All I know is that it was low as shit, was tuned like shit....we did a couple for fun pulls, nothing serious...but he didn't really pull away like I thought he would. Cool guy though. We talked about him going to swap in some built engine and he mentioned it having 400 whp or something like that (I was kinda skeptical) and I told him about my RB20DET swap I'm doing. It was a gray hatch and I think he was a white guy with a goatee or something.

 

When are you doin the RB swap? sounds badass!

He's got a black B20 turbo hatch.. very fast.. I was laughing when you said he barely pulled on your Spec V until I read that it was gray.. then I realized it was a different person.
