Alright, to clear things up some...
Dunno about the black Civic, I have seen it though. In general I've heard he won't run w/ you, never run into him personally though.
The green one belongs to a friend of mine, you guys are basically right on that one.
The CRX is another friend of mine, had a turbo for a while, had problems w/ tuning it properly, so he took it off to just get it back to school and it's been too cold to put back on since. We'll see how it's run come spring time...

Well I've seen the black one with altezza's twice, and I THINK he had a kit, hard to tell at night.
Last night he passed me and revved his engine a little, but was a ways away, and all I could hear was 3" piping and it sounded like ass.
It sounded like no muffler, just 3" pipes on a civic
