Im sure all the car enthusiasts find your 500hp to be very impressive - to the extent that you'd want it advertised.
Last time I checked, I dont have the time nor desire to cut the roof out of my car...I have a sunroof. My plans for grad school far outweigh a project to cut my roof out, so yes i'd rather pay someone else - and know its done right.
But,
If I didnt have much going on in my life (I have two "Cum Loadzzzz Production" movies in the making) and had all the free time in the world, and the correct tools - I guarantee you I could I could do the conversion too, its called doing some research and learning the process...doesn't take much to figure that out.
Anyways, if your own title, 500hp zo6, and 2 holes in your roof is what you have on me then awesome.

You'd need a lot more. Uranium metal is too stable for a bomb. You'd have to make it into Plutonium (P-239)or a Uranium gas concentration (U-235). Of course, this all depends on whether your going with nuclear fusion or simple fission.
Then you'd also need:
A detonating mechanism
A lead shield
Some fuses
A bomb housing
Neutron deflector
Some urea nitrate (for the explosion) or detonating charges (100 pounds or so)
A detonating head
An air pressure detonator
An altimeter (Last three are for the drop of the bomb to set off, unless of course you plan to detonate it by hand)
#1. You couldn't even get the uranium into its explosive form. Getting Plutonium would only make this about 50 times harder.
#2. It would cost thousands and thousands for the other parts.
#3. No you couldn't.
BTW, I watch too much 24. I'm seriously not a bomber.
