You have got to be kidding me. This guy kidnaps, rapes and kills a 11 year old boy and has the never to try and get out of the death penalty because it will still cause pain and suffering during the process.

What did he think raping a child and killing him didn’t hurt a bit and cause him pain and suffering.

FUCK Bleed heart liberals and their cruel and unusual punishment! There is not a painful enough way for this fucker to die IMO.

If it were up to me we would torcher people like this to the brink of death then bring them back, heal them up and do it again. They would be sentenced to a number of death penalties and yes it would be worth my tax money to pay for this to happen.

Don't discredit something that works because of it's simpleness and maybe to your view, it's cruelness.

I don't know the guy's true mental state, and neither does anyone else. However, he killed someone for no reason. Whether he has problems or not, he should never be in society again. It is probably better for him if he is put to death.

I'm in the middle on a lot of these cases because I'm not sure if being satisfied by killing the killer makes it justified.

I don't know enough about the case to make a decision, but as far as I see, the verdict is probably right. The guy would never have a life anyway, and he did kill someone in cold blood.

I took a class on arguments for/against the death penalty. It's UNREAL how many people try to pull that one. It's also unbelievable to me how many other people genuinely agree with this idea. That class just showed me we're all a bunch of pussies and are too squeamish; I'm all for public hangings/humiliation and the streamlining of all of the bureaucratic bullshit that goes into the death penalty. It costs upwards of two million for every execution in every state in the US. It seems that once a person is decidedly guilty, they should be removed from society, including the members of society incarcerated for other crimes, immediately.

Why not follow Singapore's methods for justice?

Check out how incredibly low their crime rate is. It'll blow your mind. BTW, even convicted drug dealers are sentenced to death. They don't joke around there.

LOL you think the agreeing with the death penalty makes people simple minded? It is people like you that give criminals the upper hand in America. Rehabilitation DOES NOT FUCKING WORK, and 95% of Insanity plea's are BOGUS. I agree with the wife, i hope he fucking burns in hell.

Oh a side note Virginia is one of the fastest states to execute death row inmates, its usually around 18 months from date of sentencing, and that is including appeal .

Whiney liberal’s argument against lethal injection is that it could be painful because of the needles.

Fine. Let's execute people with Nitrogen. It’s a completely safe gas unlike cyanide. The person would just fall asleep and never wake up. The organs would not be poisoned as in lethal injection and could be harvested.

Yeah, sentencing someone to death for possession of drugs isn't the least bit draconian.
