yeah it mis fires under WOT on high w/ 6s after maybe 1-2 pulls but on low boost it mis fires on the other plugs when doing pulls and yes I'm running plx M300 self calibrating ..w/ a new sensor and yes was running mix on 17 psi... didn't mix til 14-15 psi just to be on the safe side he said..its a pretty safe tune which i believe ,just wanted a lil more ummmF for the event..I just didn't have the funds to go to richmond and have the norm. tuner tune it on Nep...Its a catch 22 honestly...I'm very pleased w/ how my car was tuned,I really don't know the full ethics of tuning or else it would of been done myself...but i watched everything he and the other tuner did and it seemed that under WOT all the way towards the top of the rpm range it richened out and he would go back and add and subtracted the % of fuel where needed in the rpm gain and did timing..so yes he mapped the boost levels i would say..i just don't understand why it did well on the dyno but here at home sux ...i was planning on running full 110 at the event to help but would like to get this issue solved 1st..no need if i can't go to high...right?

Why is it that FWD can run Slicks and anything else (RWD/AWD) can only run DOT tires ?

2 reasons not sure where I would get an answer first and I would be upset if I was one of the "other" people that wouldn't be able to compete because of a tire.

Nope wont be competing had a deal working on a Mustang of all cars but it turned out pretty shady (Guy wanted to mail me the title and the ignition was popped) so I backed out.

 

 

everything is settled there is another class "outlaw" for V8s w/ full Slick.....we have made it so that more people can join in on the fun w/ the competition that will be there.... hope to see you guys there

 

to clarify, the Outlaw Street class is for *any RWD car* running a full slick, not just V8's

 

well guys I'm gonna make the trip up for this event, test my car hopefully Friday night a Motor Mile and get in on the quick 16 saturday........what are the rules for it?
