I know what you're talking about, but please, refresh my memory..

I'm sure it will make a great story, and I'm sorry.

haha, we were in Salem late one night. Jamie was riding with you and I forget who was with me. You told me to not get too many tickets on my way home and ended up getting pulled over twice on my way home and getting a total of 6 non-moving violation tickets that night.

About the topic of the post. You should be alright if he has deleware tags on it. Not too many cops will pull an out of state car over for anything other than moving violations.

if you had a gun that didnt belong to you yet it wasnt registered and you got cought with it in your hands.. whose going to feel the result you or your friend? your the one in the car yet its his stuff but your the one with the car.. if the car gets a fix it ticket then its on him. if the driver gets a speeding ticket or a driver error type deal its on you but if its the car its on the car...

you will still get a ticket if the car is registered in another state for the exhaust. I had my car registered in FL and I got a ticket in va beach for inproper exhaust and I tried to explain to the dickhead cop that my car was registered in FL and he said "It dosent matter because you are driving in Va Beach".... Yeah i was pissed and my car wasnt even loud either.....about the tint Im not sure but i would imagine that it dosent matter if its illegal here they will ticket you.....and heres a link to the window tint legal issue.......hope this helps.

they cannot or will not give you a tint ticket in Virginia with out of state plates on your car... there may be a loophole with that, but if your tint is legal in another state but illegal here, there isn't shit about it that they can do

Not true, Nikki has gotten several tickets in va with her nc plates. However I think there may be more to it than that. I believe that the officers knew that she was living in the area and have seen the car several times. If an officer thinks you are just passing through I would doubt that they would pull you over. I mean this is like saying that you can get an emissions ticket out of state. I just don't think it is going to happen unless the officer believes you are currently residing within the state.
