I have a feeling 16gsx is the only one going to reply to this but oh well

How many other turbo dsm owners here with AM oil guages notice that at idle they're oil press. is at like 5, and at WOT its at 100 or maxed out on the guage, and normally stays at like 50-75 during normal driving speeds.

I'm asking this to help me better understand if this is a problem or a normal thing with my car.

 

yea WOT is def gonna give the most oil pressure...

hmm 5 seems a little low for the oil pressure, but it might just be that guage reads a little low.. i think it SHOULD be around 10-15 psi at idle, and around 90-100 WOT..

you have an electric right?

 

I think its electric, it was on the car when I bought it so I dont even know where the sender is.

 

what oil are you running?
