Personally, I think you might be able to beat it based on a technicality.. but the fact that so many fucking ricer pricks come in there trying to beat their exhaust tickets will definitely hurt your chances. They've probably heard it all, and I have a feeling the judge will yawn and find you guilty.... but then again, based on a technicality, you MAY be able to get out of it... I'm no lawyer.
