um...i i know it's not that expensive compared to other areas...it's a lot cheaper compared to NOVA...but price varies on location in the area...like everwhere. never really looked at apartments around the area, i enjoy my parents house

.. but Focal X's price of 720 split 3 ways isn't too bad at all....but you've got the country...beach...city and suburb all close to each other...

oh and yeah...a couple of inches of snow shuts everything down...everything is flat...and yeah...i dont' get out of breath running up the stairs (damn mountain air)
