"Wet sanding" is the scary word here....you will get a number of different opinions and esimates with those two words. If you want to expect the least amount of money, do your research and ask detailing shops around if they do it, which they will probably say no.....then find a repainting/refinishing shop to repaint/refinish. Good luck.

i would use a highspeed orbital with come compound, andthen paintsealer depending on how bad it is
