There is interest. But I'm just keeping my options open.

Good thread, guys who try to hit on me are Do they really think we'd want to get with anyone who talks about having sex with us as a pick-up line? I mean, has that actually worked for them before? I want to find the stupid girls that apparently go for it, there has to be some reason guys try it. I can guarantee I will never date any guy that frequently uses words and phrases such as "shorty" or "holla" or "you is fine." I mean I love guys, but I love english too. I like my guys to be able to win debates with me every once in a while, and even call my BS on occasion. Intelligence is a must, and I'm pretty confident "holla" isn't a good sign of that

Actually her and I dated for 3 months....She actually near the end became more or less a 16 year old.....

It's not so much the age I've learned but rather the girl themselves. I've had my fair share of "older women" and that's what I've learned. If the chick at work turns you down then just forget about her. Do that and she might just be attracted to you. She probably sees you as the "Back up" guy because she knows you're interested.

*Shrug* Just some things I have learned.

if i throw a stupid line at a girl it's all in fun joking sort of way (i'd let it be somewhat known that i'm joking), i have no intention of her actually taking me up on it. just to make her laugh. but if she's bitchy enough to get pissed at me for that then she's probably not even worth my time, just because i do joke around a lot and i need a girl that can match my sarcasim and attitude with her own. and yes i also use the words "holla" and other ghetto phrases..again all in a joking matter.

i'm sorry if you get hit on by the wrong "gangsta" guys.

Hey I agree, I joke around being 'gangsta' -- I'm talking about guys thinking they're the real deal. You'll see more than a few posts of mine on dragva where I've said "I'd hit it." Haha, in a joking manner of course

Yeah. I agree. In fact, most of the stuff I say on this board (and others) is not a true representation of how I act. Well, I do with my friends, in a joking manner. Ask Richard, Joey, Phillip, Marie, or any of the others who have met me. In fact, most of the time I just sort of stand in the corner too afraid to walk up to the girl and say hi....
