So who plans on going to the MDA Car Show this weekend down in the Roanoke Civic Center? I haven't been to one in about 5 years so I think me and the wife might head over this afternoon.

Yeah. I have free tickets, and I doubt I'll go because it's usually the same thing year after year. I almost took our car there, but you have to be there all day all three days, and I didn't want to do that...

 

Thats what I keep hearing. I've been gone for the past 5 years so there should be some new cars, trucks, bikes that I haven't seen before......atleast I hope so.

 

Just got back from there not long ago. We have a booth setup inside so I have to be there almost all weekend.

 

Those stickers are disappearing off the table like hotcakes.

 

we have two cars that were in the show last year,i think five that have ever been in the show before.the 90 other cars are all new ...our policy is that no car can be in the show two years in a row,and it has to be very,very nice to be considered again in two or more years after it originally was.the reason for four of the return cars this year is people backing out yesterday morning,so we had to fill spots.
lots of kick-ass cars to see,so come on down.

BTW-next year we'll be using the new addition that was just finished on the Civic Center.there will be about 50 additional spots.you don't have to stay with your car all weekend-you have to be there friday morning at 7AM to park and set up,and be back at 5PM sunday to pull it out.there are multiple security guards 24 hours a day from start to finish.we also help look after everybody's cars.no worries about any damage or theft.
if anybody on here has a car they'd like to enter next year,or knows somebody that would,please send me a PM on here.i'd love to get more quality sport compact cars in there.
