I used to have a speed bag in my basement... I miss that, now that I think about it.

Let me know if you find anywhere. I have a few years of martial arts under my belts and am interested in pursuing MMA and a little bit of boxing.

Remember that big painted on billboard on the side of one of the buildings in downtown Roanoke? ...used to be a boxing "gym" across from Firestone years ago IIRC.

I...ride...a Ninja.

You know, I'm very intrigued by Shaolin Wushu. I have a "friend" from Europe who studys Wushu and is most likely in Hollywood by now. He's the one that got me interested in that style.
