JMU Car Show
just trying to spread the word. we had a decent turn out last year but we know we can do much better! come one, come all!
JMU Car Show April 17th, 2004
What: Madison Motorsports, the James Madison University’s Drivers Club is hosting an on-campus car show.
When: Saturday, April 17th 2004 from 11am-3pm, judging begins at 2pm.
Who: The categories include European, Domestic, Import, and Motorcycles.
Cost: Only $15 for non-club members, FREE to spectators
Prizes: Top 3 winners in each category and trophies. Cash prize for 1st place and other valuable prizes for 2nd and 3rd place (i will update this when i am informed as to what the prizes will be...most likely gift certificates to parts stores, maybe a GT4 pre-order, etc).
Other Attractions: Look forward to a performance by the JMU Break Dance Club, live DJ, tent with GT3 on playstation and racing videos playing, live pocket bike demo?????, and many unique and rare cars.

good to hear! last year we got the shaft and ended up getting a really weak parking lot to hold the show in. we didnt get alot of foot traffic and im sure some people got lost trying to find it. this year, we got a prime spot right near the center of campus.
