I think its pretty much anything goes as far as I know. I was just giving him(rotorsownyou) a hard time for the fun of it. The 240 last time would have wooped me, I know there as fast or faster cars around now

They say the car needs full interior and street legal tires, but I have saw cars with ripped out interior and cars run slicks before. SO I don't know how they do it anymore...
