Keep an eye out at night. My neighbors on each side of me have seen a pack of coyotes roaming around (one said 6-8 of them) the last few nights. I haven't seen them myself, but I haven't been home a lot recently.

I live off Brandon across from Roanoke Church of Christ. A friend who lives near Woodrow Wilson Middle School has reported seeing them too.

Srsly! You get paid for killin coyotes. We used to go coyote hunting in botetourt all the time. Too bad you can't hunt in the city

No, you can't hunt, but you can defend yourself/your pets, which is what I'm hoping I don't have to do. We have a fenced in yard, but one of our dogs can climb it like it's nothing, so if he can do it, I'm sure a coyote can.

I have a cross bow, no one will hear it.. lettme know when and where, we can set our some chicken, get a rabbit call and sling some arrows!

Last year around this time I heard a lot of coyotes in the woods behind me house. I never personally seen them but my neighbors dog did get attacked and was hurt pretty bad.
