My sister is selling her Civic. It's a 99 with around 80,000 i beleive. Lowered, Tenzo R 17's, red, exhaust, intake, headers. It's an EX but its nice and clean.

You can find an awd 97-98 talon with relatively low miles for around $8k. I know you were looking for one before... or you can be smart.. take your 8k and buy a cheap 1g for 2k and dump 6k in the motor and suspension.
