Coming home down bullit in roanoke iam sitting 1 car back at a stoplight when an EMT unit comes up full lights and siren...pushing cars...the people behind me are eding my bumper and the guy in front pulled fwd through the intersection....WITH a red light..the light never turned..and there is no side margine for us to pull over....so i went looked and attempted to go trhough the intersection to a side margine for the EMT unit...old guy in a new buick regel runs through the green...ignroes all the cars pulling fwd in front of him and i clip him......cop arrived...says were both at falt..my car is ok just paint damage..and a broken engine mount ( i think...engine isnt supose to shift when gears are engaged ?) says its his fault for not yielding to the EMT unit ( not seeing / not hearing the lights ) says i was in the right for attempting to move for the EMT unit but yet i was in the wrong for not checking the intersection..i did..old fucker was going above 40 when i cliped his front..i was going 7mph just getting off the line....


His hood is poped up a slight bit...and his front plastic wheel well has poped out...*plastic screws broke free* his driver side has 2 small dents....

i pay 104.50 a month in insruance......iam going to get raped ant i ?
