Hey guys! I'm new.
Williamson road in Roanoke is the ultimate source for jokes about purple tint, chrome fender trim, and 88' Ford Escorts on deep-dish wheels. Sometimes people meet and then go street race later, but you have to catch it on a good night. Then again, if you don't, you still might be able to hook up with 15 year old trailer trash, or do some sweet late night bowling. Hey, if all goes well, you might even get to wrap up the night by hanging out in the Hooters' parking lot with white guys rocking corn rows. Don't forget to bring some orange Nehi soda and some Newports!
By the way, I heard that everyone is cruising and meeting at Radford rd. in Christiansburg nowadays. It must be the new hot spot. Everyone should cruise on Radford rd. (even though cruising is gay.)

I think the best cars out on Williamson were/are the pink Stealth w/the 3 wings molded together and the Festiva w/hydraulics.
- I hope I didn't offend. I was just painting a picture.
Dude, that stealth is the craziest thing that I've EVER seen. It has to weigh 6000 lbs with all the bondo. The owner has got to have some serious mental irregularities. It looks like an aliens vagina.

We went out to Williamson last night and followed the fast & furious streetracing gang around...unfortunately it was the same old shit I remember from back in highschool...we'll drive around for hours trying to find a spot to race, but once we get there no one will race. There's usually nothing but riced out neons, civics, and stock v8's. The best part of the night was watching a 280 pound kid in a 3-speed automatic Neon with a shift light getting his ass kicked by every car out there.
At the end of the night, I only raced one car that held up to me -- Shauns 240sx (20psi240sx)...watching that car pull away from me was absolutely incredible.

I showed my face in the Volvo S70, lost two races against an auto Z28 camaro and a porsche boxster, darn traction control. Had no boost in 1st gear, got dogged pretty badly.
All I had to do was push the little button on the dash to illuminate the light and turn it off, darn it helps to read the manual sometimes, I thought it was normally off, whoops.
Ahh well, the reputation of a slow S70 stands, exxxcellent
