Alright, here's the deal. To be in the gang you have to own a turbo car and we'll all drive in formation everywhere we go. To cut down on disputes we'll draw straws to see who drives in the front of the formation. Every member has to model a persona for themselves based on a bad guy fom a movie no more recent then 1986. Every member will receive a denim vest and a shift knob with the name of the gang imprinted or embroidered on it. Oh, and by the way, if we get in fights with rival gangs we all start into a dance routine fake fighting amongst ourselves like in the Micheal Jackson video "Bad". You know,... to intimidate them. Members that earn higher rank in the gang will be rewarded with headbands, feather earrings, and bandanas to tie around their knees. Fingerless leather gloves are a plus. OK, so who's in?

 

By the way, we all have to speak in Australian accents.
