There was a huge ass puddle next to target in christiansburg. Well I wouldn't really call it a puddle, I'll call it Lake Target. I didn't really think it was too deep, so I just decided to ride through it, 40mph-0 in a split second, water coming in the doors, engine bogging down. Turns out I sucked a couple gallons of water into the motor so I had to wait at target until it worked its way through the system. Took a couple of hours, but a big cloud of steam came from the exhaust and the talon was alive once again!

 

You hydrolocked a motor, and it started back up after a couple hours?You are very lucky....

Holy Crap Choodle! That's insane, and the fact that your car was alright, even more insane. Glad to hear it though, sounds like you're a pretty lucky person. Now, if I had drove through that puddle my car would have exploded...that's just my luck.
