Default Good place to board dogs?

Our usual dog boarder (Carvin's Cove Bed & Biscuit) is full this coming weekend, so we're looking for some place else to board our dogs. They are both big dogs - 70# & 45#. Any suggestions?

A guy at work takes his dog to About Pet Center(the place with the most annoying commercial ever) on 419.He's loved it every time he's taken him there.

Yikes. About Pets Center is bad news. They keep your dogs in a cage all day unless you pay extra. If you pay extra they can come out for 30 minutes a day. Plus, I'm kind of apprehensive about a place that doesn't publish its' rates....

one of the dogs would be pissed, one wouldnt care, and my dog would be thrilled lol. unfortunately i dont think my family would be too enthusiastic about taking in two more dogs, even temporarily.

I wish I had the weekend free and I would offer to house them. I miss my Huskey and other mutt dearly. Good luck to finding a place to take care of them.

I just realized today talking to the wife that a friend of hers works for a dogsitting company. They come to your house, and the rates vary depending on how long/often they come.I don't think the cost increases with multiple dogs,so that could work to your advantage. If you're interested, let me know and I'll get her to call and get a contact number.

My wife is kind of weird about people coming over to the house. We had someone come over and take care of our cats one time when we went out of town and she was all stressed out about it the entire time...
