Yea i've diagnosed my friends isc before, he thought u you check ohms on DC-V, lol. I just gotta get find time to do it for myself. Then he didnt know about the BISS and kept buying used ISC'S trying to get them tow work. The first one he bought actually worked, and then the next three had to high resistance.
