Now, show me a 5.0 NA that makes 600bhp and I want a dyno sheet because that shit ain't gonna happen.
Japaneese 4 cyl. are some the most efficient motors out and produce extremely high hp to liter numbers. Forgive me, I'm a little rusty on imports but, 2.0l make 200bhp now. (I think)
The almighty C6 ZO6 doesn't even make 100bhp per liter. What a POS.

Terry Walters built a 306 couple months back making 936bhp, don't have the sheet but 600hp on a 302 isn't that impossible, just requires a lot of rpms and a really good head/cam combo. And hp/liters is an arguement that doesn't have to do with performance, just an arguement of volumetrics. But lets explore this... The 2.0 in the evo 8 produces 276bhp at 19.2psi stock(quoted from the car and driver magazine.) Thats 138hp per liter compared to the 72hp/liter of the ls7, right? Not exactly, a boosted engine's volumetric displacement increases as boost increases. so the evo is volumetrically a 5.2 liter making 276bhp, roughly 52bhp/liter not soo impressive...
