BTW, what is up with the bad ass Black Eclipse? I hear a lot about it but I have never saw it run anything...

 

The procharged black goat? Has he run it? I saw him at a show in Aug/Sep timeframe, said it was putting down around 630 at the wheels.

I saw a pretty sharp looking black 2g eclipse tonight, looked lowered, tint, rims, couldn't tell much else, it was dark and he was heading the other way.

 

For the record, he pulls 5-6 cars on me easily on pump gas and base tune, and I trapped almost 93mph.

Yeah, but he has a good size turbo in that car correct? And its a stroker... So yeah, I would think he would. It is a nice looking car.

 

20g tha last time i saw it thats not actually a BIG turbo in big boost cases it actually really suprises me, that the talonclipse or whatever is that fast, thats pretty crazy- props.

 

Pretty sure it has a bigger turbo on it now though. Off topic... You have your car tuned now? How's it doing?

 

35r with .82 backside. On pumpgas he really can't be making much more than about 400-430whp I don't suspect. Best part on it it should be close to 380-400 tq.

25 psi on pump my hp61(with then .63 backside) put down 417whp with consertative timing.

in all actuality though andrew...you should be making the same numbers with your 61mm turbo, just not quite the torque.

on my 50 trim pumpgas 23 psi I trapped 95 and I know it had 97 in it. That was about 440whp.

should be an interesting sight to see it in its full glory if we ever get to. should have a stock turbo evo to run it ready in a few hours...we'll c what happens with that speaking of which, time to go tune it.
