To the black WRX STI in the Ironto area..
Maybe there are fewer drivers now who will flash their lights warning of a speed trap because if you are caught warning other drivers in this manner you can be ticketed for it. I'm almost positive this was a law put into place many years ago. I could be wrong but I doubt it.
i think a lot of people stopped flashing their lights because you can be ticketed for it. my uncle got a ticket for it a few years ago. They probably file it under "obstruction of justice" or some BS.
I thought it was funny though when I was going down to Mccoy falls (new river) a few weekends ago, and on Mccoy Rd on my way there EVERY CAR coming towards me flashed its lights. I was like "wtf people never do that anymore". Low and behold there was a DUI check at the intersection of the end of the road. Apparently nothing unites college people more than DUI fears

Justice= catching those driving dangerously before they slow down because they've been warned by on coming drivers
obstructing= blocking
flashing lights at oncomers for speed trap reason= preventing the police from catching a would-be speeder
Obstructing Justice sounds like a fair charge to me.

dunno but last night there was a cop sitting up against a jersey barrier at a 90degree turn. The jersey barrier had reflective tape on it and when your head lights hit it the cops cars reflective paint blened in with it. Dam good blending in bye that cop
